Pre-listing Home Inspections in Parkland Florida (or in Boca Raton or any other area of Florida for that matter) seem to be rare these days. A home inspection reveals defects and maintenance issues, it’s that simple. I have never had a home inspection that didn’t reveal something that the buyers and sellers didn’t know about, and this consistently poses a risk to the whole transaction. A lot of this can be avoided if the sellers have a QUALITY home inspection beforehand. And I say quality, because having the cheap home inspector who just says everything is alright just makes things worse, especially when the buyer hires his own home inspector and finds the things that the first home inspector did not. So in short, if you are selling your home, consider getting a pre-listing home inspection by a quality home inspector such as myself!
