Home Inspection Pictures – With 2015 here, I thought that I would start off the year with some home inspection pictures. Home inspections make for great opportunities to see interesting things here in Boca Raton.
The first home inspection picture is of a rusted electric meter box. The salt water here rusts and corrodes EVERYTHING…

This next home inspection picture is of some mold found on a main structural beam. Most people tend not to look at that with much scrutiny, but mold is considered by the NPMA to be a wood destroying organism now. They didn’t really have to think about it too much, just ask any home inspector in Boca Raton and they would have told them that!

The next picture shows why having a wind mitigation inspection is so important here in Boca, Parkland, Coral Springs, or the surrounding areas). The picture shows a roof leak. A “small” leak now, but first hurricane…not so small.
