Installing pipe insulation is very simple, and it can be done using simple tools you most likely have available at home. You can purchase sleeves that are fabricated specifically for pipes. You only need to cut them to appropriate lengths and then cover the pipes. Around the seams you can use tape to seal them up to make the insulation a little more efficient.
