When you look at this electric panel here, it doesn’t exactly give you a warm, fuzzy feeling that it is completely safe… But the item that I am focusing on here is the missing breakers. You will notice that two of the breakers are missing. Why is this an issue? One word – safety.
Breakers are meant to be used. When a breaker trips, and there is no safety issue, they can be turned back on by flicking the witch. But if there are empty slots, one false move and you could be touching the energized bar and getting a nasty shock!
To be safe, make sure all your breaker slots are either full, or have a breaker slot cover over them.
