Parkland Florida is a beautiful area of Florida which I love inspecting in. One thing that I notice is that many home inspectors in our area forget that we live in Florida… It’s hot down here and the roof takes a beating. The construction of our homes need to be able to handle hurricanes and tropical storms. On top of that, we have snakes, enormous bugs, and (my favorite) fire ants. While their are many home inspectors out there, make sure you choose the right one for your home!
