We were made to move, and right now, many of us aren’t. You might have started working from home, your gym might be closed and you are just turning into a sedentary being. This is going to lead to health problems if you don’t do something about it, so getting into a good habit now is going to pay off in the long run.
First, if you work sitting down, get up, do some stretches, and move around with regular intervals. This will allow for better blood flow.
Take a break and go for a walk if that is possible where you live. If not, you can walk up and down stairs or just walk around inside your home. Anything that will give you at least some exercise is helpful.
When you take a phone call, get up, and move around while you are talking. Same thing if you have a video meeting. You can always aim your camera up so that you are still visible to your team.
